At Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust we are leaders in providing later life and dementia services.
Our highly-trained, experienced staff are committed to providing exemplary personalised care and undertake ongoing training programmes to ensure their skills are up to date. Working in partnership with Brighton and Sussex Medical School’s Professor Sube Banerjee - a prominent dementia specialist - we use research-based studies to develop highly advanced care programmes.
All residents are comprehensively assessed before joining us so we can begin to build personal relationships and develop a care pathway which will focus on the individual’s health and welfare needs. We also meet with the resident’s family to answer questions or address concerns and will remain in regular contact with them throughout their loved one’s time with us.
Once at Lindridge, all residents are registered with a local GP of their choice and are looked after by our extensive care and support team of nurses, care assistants, occupational therapists, and leisure and lifestyle coordinators, led by our experienced home manager who is a registered nurse. Our in-house team also includes chefs, gardeners, handypersons to help residents with tasks like moving furniture and putting up shelves, as well as administrative staff and receptionists.
